ConnectED

Our experienced and skilled mentors provide support to enable people who have early onset dementia to enjoy a range of activities and interests. The support is tailored to meet individual needs, choices and circumstances. Mentors work one to one with people with the aim of stimulating and maintaining their skills and interests, enabling them to engage with their local community and develop social networks.

Connected Together provides opportunities for people with dementia to enjoy activities with others as well as for carers to enjoy social time.

Connected Plus is now available offering the same support for people diagnosed with dementia over the age of 65. There is a charge for this service.
