Read and Ride
Local residents and passing travellers are delighted and surprised to find well-stocked bookshops selling second-hand books on platform 2 of Great Malvern station and platform 1 of Shrub Hill Station, Worcester.
As well as providing much needed funds our shops offer skills development and work experience for adults with additional support needs.
Do drop in and browse the next time you are on your travels.
If you would like to know more about Read and Ride, contact Onside on 01905 27525 or info@onside-advocacy.org.uk
We are looking for more volunteers to help us open our two shops regularly from Monday to Saturday.
"It has to be the ideal volunteer job for anyone who likes reading as you have a great selection of books to choose from!" says Sue Matthews, Read and Ride volunteer.
Could you offer a half-day to volunteer at Great Malvern or Shrub Hill? If so please contact:
