Redditch Community Advocacy Project

People living in Redditch who have chronic long term health conditions or disabilities including older people and those with mental health issues and learning disabilities can access our Redditch Community Advocacy Service.

The Project can help and support you to change or improve aspects of your daily life to include:

• Ensuring your voice is heard and you are involved in decisions affecting your life
• Helping you to get the information, advice and support you need
• Supporting you to make choices about your care/access to services
• Helping you connect with your local community
